A Strategic Investment of 50 Million Dollars

With an investment of approximately 50 million dollars, the campus will cover 28,000 square meters of enclosed space, combining both R&D and production facilities under one roof. Of this area, 16,000 square meters will be dedicated to engineering and R&D activities, while 12,000 square meters will be allocated to production operations.
With its strong engineering capability and local capital structure, Altınay Technology Campus is positioned to become a leading technology center in both domestic and international markets.

“We Are Building the Future We Once Dreamed Of”

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Hakan Altınay, Chairman of Altınay Technology Group, recalled that their journey in technology development began on university campuses:

“The 5-million-dollar investment we dreamed of in the 1990s has evolved into a 50-million-dollar technology campus today. This campus is not merely a production facility; it is a tangible symbol of Türkiye’s journey toward technological sovereignty. With our principle of developing high technology with high ethics, we continue to move forward.”

A Hub for Next-Generation Technologies

Highlighting that Altınay founded Türkiye’s first R&D-based robotics company in 1991, Mr. Altınay emphasized the company’s continued commitment to innovation following the development of the first six-axis industrial robot. The new campus will enable the creation of innovative solutions across various fields, ranging from industrial robots to humanoid robots, and four- and two-legged robotic systems.

1,500 High-Value Employment Opportunities

When fully operational, the campus will provide employment for 1,500 people in total—1,200 of whom will be engineers and R&D professionals, while 300 will be part of the technical production team. This structure will strengthen a production culture based on qualified human resources and advanced technological expertise.

Contributing to Türkiye’s Innovation and Export Power

The Altınay Technology Campus is designed not only to meet domestic needs but also to deliver competitive products to global markets. With its advanced infrastructure for the diversification and mass production of critical technologies, the campus will enhance Türkiye’s export potential. Through its innovation-driven approach, it aims to invigorate the industrial ecosystem and contribute to Türkiye’s vision of technological leadership.
