ALTINAY Defense Technologies to Prepare YTÜ Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Students for Business Life

YTÜ (Yıldız Technical University) CO-OP Model (Cooperative Education) is an innovative form of vocational training applied within the scope of business in the field of vocational education, redefining the traditional internship.

Often confused with internships, CO-OP is a model that aims to enhance the collaboration between universities and the business world. Under this model, the university introduces the student who wants to participate in CO-OP to a suitable employer in the relevant industry. The employer, in turn, starts preparing the qualified student for the business life during the CO-OP Education period. Research shows that universities implementing CO-OP Education tend to be preferred more in the following years.

ALTINAY Defense Group has signed a CO-OP Protocol with Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering within the scope of YTÜ CO-OP Model. ALTINAY Defense Technologies Vice General Manager Murat Koç and YTÜ Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Dean Prof. Dr. İhsan KAYA signed the protocol.
